JAN'S COUNSELLING APPROACH

Jan’s focus is on identifying underlying causes and not just dealing with symptoms or the superficial. Drawing on her deep insights and uncanny intuition, she works with clients to change their patterns, blueprints, limiting beliefs, anxiety, anger, etc. It is these patterns and beliefs that contribute to inner conflicts and sabotage their lives, relationships and career.  

Jan has also worked in the field of mind-body connection with some very encouraging results. She uses a variety of proven and effective behavioural and emotional changes techniques including Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and Thought Field Therapy (TFT). Jan works with couples and individuals in dealing with a range of issues including:
